Lots to Share…

Ok, so you can stop with the begging!! Hehe!  I have been getting emails from several blog stalkers to PLEASE POST more pics!?!?!  At least the word “please” was used, right?  So here we go… it is going to be a long one!!!!

First an absolutely gorgeous senior girl… She wanted to use her Aunt’s backyard and I just loved it, as it made a great place for her portraits.  We went down by the railroad tracks that were not too far from her Aunt’s home as well.

Isn’t she beautiful??

I have had an obsession with back lighting, sun flare and vintage wash actions lately, so naturally, THIS one is my favorite! :)

And her gorgeous eyes!!!!!!! I TOLD you she was beautiful!! :)

and last one with her basketball!  She is very athletic and does well in sports so this was very fitting!

Next a sweet little family of three…. soon to be 4!! :)

Congrats to them as they just found out they will be a having a little girl in a few months!

Mr. Adventurous!  This is one of my Favs!!  (Mom,  I promise we got some of him looking at the camera too)

Darren & Daelynn

I seriously cannot express how much FUN this beautiful wedding was! The lovely couple booked my all day package and boy did they keep me working ALL day!! hahaha! I didn’t get home until well after midnight, but it was so much fun and so worth it!!   I absolutely LOVE this couple!  Darren & Daelynn, you both are so adorable and so kind I just love you two and your families and I can’t wait to see you when you start making some babies for me to photograph too! :big grin:

Immediately following the ceremony there was a Champagne toast and one of the butterflies decided to stay with Darren! :)

Then we were invaded by a rain/hail storm and had to run for cover for about 15 minutes!

The Hail… and then the sun started to come out! it ended up being such a BEAUTIFUL day the rest of the day/night too.

And my Favorite of the 1st dance.  I knew the second I got this that it would be my fav!!!  Gotta love those dancing lights that the DJ provides! Thank you, Luke! :)

Three

These girls have been the best of friends for many years so they requested to have their senior sessions together!  Can you believe two of these girls have NEVER had their portraits taken professionally???   They all kept telling me how much fun they had afterwards which totally made me smile!! I truly had a blast with you girls!! Thank you for a FUN day, and yes it was fun for me too! :)

Ok we had to make a stop by the studio during the middle of their shoot and they saw all my tutus for little girls, well…. they loved them and asked to have some fun goofy pics with the tutus so I said sure why not?? ha!!  I LOVE what we got!!!!

I thought the fisheye was appropriate for this one!  Way cool isn’t it???

And now for the hard part…only posting one of each girl for now!   It was so hard to choose!!!!

And next up we will have a sneak peek for Daelynn & Darren!  An absolutely beautiful couple and WOW their wedding was SOOO gorgeous!!  I cannot wait to share with you all!

Sweet Little Baby

This little guy was born several weeks early and had a bit of a rough start.  He was 9 weeks old here and still so little.  I am so glad he is doing well now.   His Dad is in the Army and was called away for several months and I was able to get them in for an emergency shoot the night before he left.   I love these next photos as you can see the love that J.R. has for the two most important people in his life.   I will keep you all in my prayers!!!!

I wanted to share a few more of my favorite images that I was able to capture for Vanessa and Mike on their wedding day.   I had so much fun and enjoyed spending this time you,  your friends and families!

One of my favorite things to photograph are the details of a wedding.   I definitely feel that they help to tell the story. 

I also love the getting ready images.  Isn’t she so stunning?

busy busy busy!!!

So sorry it has been a while since my last post!!  August is always super crazy busy around here!

My poor little girl is not going to like that fact that her birthday falls right in the middle of my busiest time of the year!  Thank goodness for now she is only 2 and it doesn’t matter as much.    So needless to say her birthday party was not even planned until the last minute this year, but she still had a blast!!  I literally planned her party in 2 hours.

First I went down to Costco and bought those huge yummy cupcakes and was able to buy her favorite new movie (because it has “goggies” in it) 101 Dalmatians.  Next, I was off to Kmart to buy the party stuff and how cool is it that I found “goggie” themed party plates??   Then, we headed to our local McDonald’s play area for a little fun!!!   All in all I think she was happy and had a fun day!! :)

A Quick Sneak Peek

For my cousin, Mary, and her family who traveled over 1600 miles round trip just to have me do their family portraits and to see me of course too!! hehe!:)  I know she is waiting patiently so I thought I would post these real fast before I head out to celebrate my lil baby girl’s 2nd birthday today!

Beautiful Love~

When I first met Miss “D”, I knew instantly that I wanted her in front of my camera.   She is so beautiful and she has the most amazing eyes.   I had so much fun with you both,  what a gorgeous couple you two are!
